Dynamic Design
This postcard design reflects the dynamic energy of the Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) and Master of Fine Arts (MFA) art students' exhibition, blending bold typography with abstract visuals to represent the artists' journeys.

The above images display some initial thumbnails from the early design process.

The front features text as an image, while the back presents event details in a clean, readable layout.

The University of Idaho's branding is utilized through color and typographic choices. The postcard invites curiosity and visually combines the two bodies of work into a unified visual.

Integrating Marketing
The look and feel is used across various marketing materials, including the event’s email announcement to students, faculty, and alumni, as well as gallery window posters to attract foot traffic.

Simplified Mark for the Exhibition
This project was a valuable learning experience in pushing the boundaries of letterform readability. By manipulating positive and negative space within the silhouettes of the letters, I created a simplified mark highlighting the gallery's focus: the senior exhibitions of graduating BFA and MFA art students.
